2. Website Terms

The website located at https://www.matext.io (the "Site") is a copyrighted work belonging to MATEXT Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and confirm you have the legal authority to do so. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

2.1 Personal Data Processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes: analytics via Google Analytics (usage data, tracker), tag management via Google Tag Manager (usage data, tracker), and hosting via Vercel (as specified in its privacy policy).

3. Google API Data Disclosure

In compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, MATEXT discloses the following regarding its access, use, and protection of Google user data.

3.1 Data Accessed

Where MATEXT products are integrated with Google services, the following limited data may be accessed: basic account information (name, email address), file metadata when importing or exporting images or textures via Google Drive, and authentication tokens for login or verification. MATEXT does not access email content, contacts, or unrelated personal data.

3.2 Data Usage

Google user data is used solely to provide platform functionality: authenticating your Google account for secure access, importing and exporting files through Google Drive, and managing saved preferences connected to your Google account. MATEXT does not use Google data for marketing, advertising, or behavioral analytics.

3.3 Data Sharing

MATEXT does not share Google user data with third parties except when required by law or regulation, or with trusted infrastructure providers (AWS, Cloudflare, Vercel) operating under strict data protection agreements. All such sharing is governed by confidentiality and security obligations.

3.4 Data Storage and Protection

Google user data is stored with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel under role-based access control. Security audits, access reviews, and system monitoring are conducted on a regular basis.

3.5 Data Retention and Deletion

Google user data is retained only as long as necessary to provide the requested service or maintain your account. Users may request deletion at any time by contacting info@matext.io. Upon request or account closure, associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.
